1 The registration fee covers entrance fees to all presentations from Keynote speakers and paper sessions, one conference book, coffee breaks, and two conference lunches.
2 Fees is per paper. However, in the case of one paper having more than one author, then the payment will depend on how many of the authors will be participating at the conference. Each participant has to pay the fee.
3 A valid proof of full-time 2008 studentship is required to qualify for the student’s fee. Students will be required to show a valid student identity card at the conference. PhD-students and students who will present the papers are not considered
4 After November 1th, only on-site registration will be accepted. Only cash (US Dollar) payment will be accepted for on-site registration. Thus, registering in advance is strongly recommended if you want to save time and money and queuing up at the registration desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY |
Written refund requests must received by us on or before October 01, 2008. All refunds are subjected to 25% handling fees. Sorry, no refund will be honored for cancellations after October 01, 2008. |
